On 28 November 2018 took place, at the headquarters of the Permanent Representation of Romania at the EU, the presentation of the stage of realization of the DANS project, a support project for the Romanian components of Danubius-RI. The project is implemented by a consortium formed of INCD for Biological Sciences Bucharest – coordinator, INCD Geoecomar, INCD Danube Delta, University of Galati and Romanian Academy.
The opening of the event was made by His Excellency Ambassador Mrs. Luminiţa Teodora Dobrescu, and Mr. Professor Nicolae Hurduc, Minister of Research and Innovation.
At the event organized by INCD for Biological Sciences were representatives of MCI, representatives of ROST, members of permanent representations of some EU countries, representatives of DG RTD and EC-RTD, representatives of the international partners from Danubius – RI, MEPs.
The presented information have been analysed and debated, appreciating that important progress which has been made in the realization of ”DANUBIUS-RI – The International Centre for Advanced Studies on River – Sea System, the Romanian component.
